CONDITION GUIDE

All our items are vintage, secondhand and pre-loved, sourced from allover the world! Our online team hand-pick and inspect items placed for sale on the website – any flaws will be highlighted in the photos and text of the listing. If you have further queries before purchasing, please do contact us by email – we’re happy to help!

Excellent – No holes, marks or any noticeable flaws. Could have vintage tags attached or be a deadstock item.

Great – No holes, no marks. Some wear as expected for vintage clothing.

Good – May have a small hole, light or small marks – as pictured.

Fair – Holes in fabric, some marks – as pictured.

SIZING

We offer detailed measurements and descriptions of each item in the listing. Please be sure to check these before purchasing to avoid paying for a return if the item doesn’t fit. 

Vintage sizing can be different to modern sizing so don’t just go by the size label! We suggest comparing the measurements given in the listing to the measurements of a garment you already have.

VAT

The listing price includes VAT.

DISPATCH

Dispatch time refers to the time it will take for us to prepare and handover your item to Royal Mail, it does not include the time it will take a parcel to reach its destination once it has left our premises.

Orders will be dispatched within 1-3 working days. 

We aim to dispatch within 1 day, however this is not always possible.

Our warehouse hours are Monday – Friday, 9.45am – 6.15pm. Orders cannot be processed outside of these times. 

SHIPPING 

We offer FREE shipping on all orders going to the UK!

UK orders will be sent via Royal Mail Tracked & Signed 48 service.

Shipping for international orders costs £8.00 – this will be applied at checkout.

International orders will be sent via Royal Mail Tracked & Signed (where available) service.

We will contact you with tracking details once your order has been dispatched.

Please note, some countries may impose customs or import taxes on your order. The buyer is responsible for any customs and import charges that may apply. To Be Worn Again Ltd. has no control over these charges and cannot advise what the cost might be – we recommend you contact your local customs office for current information before you place an order.

To Be Worn Again Ltd. is not responsible for any shipping delays due to customs or Covid-19, nor are we responsible for how long the parcel takes to reach you once it has been dispatched.

RETURNS

You have 14 days from receipt of your item to request a return. Items can be returned if you have changed your mind, or if goods are found to be defective, not as described or not fit for purpose.

Please contact us via our email address given below with details of the issue / reason for refund. Please include photos if necessary. Once we have received and reviewed the email, we will contact you to advise how to proceed – we may offer an exchange or a refund.

In the event of a return, the item must:

– be unworn and in the same condition as when it was purchased/received

– have the To Be Worn Again tag attached, and the tag must not have been tampered with

The buyer is responsible for the cost and security of returning the items to us. The return shipping cost cannot be refunded. We advise using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance – we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned parcel and are not responsible for this.

Once we have received and inspected the returned item, we will contact you to advise whether a refund will be issued. A refund will only be issued via the original payment method. If we have any reason to believe the item has been worn, excessively handled or damaged in any way, we may dispute the refund, as we ensure that all items are sent in the same condition as originally documented on our website.
