You have 14 days from receipt of your item to request a return if you change your mind. If however, the goods are found to defective, not as described and not fit for purpose, we will refund or offer an alternative, and will send a return postage slip.

For items to be returned they must:
– be unworn and in the same condition as when they were purchased.
– Our tag must still be attached and not be tampered with.
If we have any reason to believe the item has been worn, excessively handled or damaged in any way we may have reason to dispute the refund, as we are sure that all items are sent in the same conditional as originally documented on our website.
The price and responsibility of returning the item to us is at the consumer’s cost. We offer detailed measurements and descriptions of each item so please be sure to check these before purchasing to avoid paying for a return. If you have any queries about sizing or need more information about an item, please get in touch as we are more than happy to help.
Once we have received the item back we will contact you to confirm that a refund will be issued and will issue a refund via the original payment method.
We use Royal Mail Tracked 48 for UK Delivery and Royal Mail International Tracked and Signed where available for International orders. UK deliveries are free, International deliveries cost £8.
