Accurate measurements are given in the description of each listing to avoid you encountering issues with the fit of your new garments, so please check these carefully and don’t hesitate to ask us for further more specific measurements if need be. Here to help! We cannot offer a refund if your item does not fit as expected as measurements are supplied.
If you unfortunately encounter that your garment is not as described in the listing, or if it is damaged then you can request a refund by emailing us at email@example.com within 14 days of receiving your garment.
All of our clothing is second hand and/or vintage so some wear and tear is to be expected, because of this any refund or exchange will be made at our discretion on a per item basis.
